| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立嘉義大學114年5月20日嘉大特研字第1149002139號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 教育部特殊教育中央輔導團學前及國中小身障類中央分團辦理「114年校園合理調整案例徵選」，旨在蒐集並分享各地學校實施身心障礙學生合理調整之具體作法與經驗，以促進特殊教育支持措施之實踐與精進。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭計畫辦裡摘要如下(詳如實施計畫)： |
| (一) | 參加對象：全國幼兒園、國民小學、國民中學。 |
| (二) | 徵稿時間與方式： |
| １、 | 截止日期：即日起至民國 114年11月28日（星期五）止，以電子檔（Word 檔及 PDF 檔格式各 1 份）寄送至 ncyuse306@gmail.com。 |
| ２、 | 作品應包含以下三份檔案，且檔名符合命名格式： |
| (１) | 報名表：如附件一，請命名為「○縣市-○○學校-作者名-案例名稱-報名表」。 |
| (２) | 授權切結書：如附件二，請命名為「○縣市-○○學校-作者名-案例名稱-授權切結書」。 |
| (３) | 案例內容：請命名為「○縣市-○○學校-作者名-案例名稱」。 |
