| 主旨： | 有關本府函轉國際組織國際姊妹市協會（Sister Cities International, SCI）辦理2025青少年藝術家及創作者展演年度徵獎活動一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府秘書處114年3月5日桃秘國字第1140001581號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本市前於109年3月26日加入國際姊妹市協會成為正式會員， 該組織為全球最大且歷史最悠久之公民外交組織，成立目的在於推動世界和平，透過經濟合作計畫、獎助學金、藝術、文化、青年與體育交流強化會員間關係，合先敘明。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭徵獎活動係鼓勵全球青少年以藝術創作展示國際姊妹市 協會所肩負任務使命之年度競賽，活動資訊如下： |
| (一) | 主題：友誼－全球和平脈動。 |
| (二) | 徵獎截止日期：114年4月1日。 |
| (三) | 參賽年齡資格：12至14歲及15至18歲，共計2組。 |
| (四) | 獎項類別：古典藝術、數位藝術、攝影、音樂、文學及詩 詞。 |
| (五) | 每位學生在本次競賽中，只能提交1份作品。惟每個會員城市欲申請年齡之組別及每項類別，至多提交5份參賽作品。 |
| (六) | 各類獎項獎金：首獎1千元美金、貳獎500元美金及參獎 250元美金。 |
| (七) | 備註：獲獎者須自費將原創作品裝裱版本寄送至位於美國華盛頓特區之國際姊妹市全國辦公室參展。 |
