| 一、 | 依據教育部體育署114年3月11日臺教體署學(二)字第1140006824號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為使學校游泳課程教師及協同教學者，提升游泳與自救教學、水域安全防溺教育等教學知能，提供現有教材資源以及進行實際入水操作教案，相關資訊摘要如下： |
| (一) | 工作坊時間及地點： |
| １、 | 北區：114年5月9日(星期五)於臺北市大同運動中心。 |
| ２、 | 中區：114年5月14日(星期三)於肯沃國際商務中心、新竹縣游泳館。 |
| (二) | 報名資格：學校游泳與自救教學教師（每場次限額50名），以有實施游泳與自救課程校內教師為優先，接續順位為協助學校進行游泳與自救課程之協同師資（由學校為單位薦派），每校以1名為原則。 |
| (三) | 報名方式： |
| １、 | 即日起至114年4月14日(星期一)下午5時或額滿為止，請至學生水域運動安全網（https://watersafety.sa.gov.tw/）填寫線上報名表單。 |
| ２、 | 錄取名單將於114年4月15日(星期二)下午5時前公告於學生水域運動安全網。 |
| ３、 | 錄取後如需取消請務必提前告知，以利行政作業。 |
| 三、 | 其他提醒事項： |
| (一) | 工作坊課程以實體課程為主，為使學員獲得最佳學習效益，無法全程參與者請勿報名。 |
| (二) | 本工作坊將有入水操作（含著衣入水）之演練，請參與學員報名時應評估身體狀況，並請自行攜帶泳衣、泳帽、泳鏡、乾淨淺色長袖衣褲（下水不會退色）及盥洗用品等用具。 |
| (三) | 全程參與者將於活動結束後1週，核發電子研習證明。 |
| (四) | 本活動已投保公共意外責任險，參與者如有需求，請再自行辦理個人保險事宜。 |
