| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據身心障礙及資賦優異學生鑑定辦法、特殊教育學生調整 入學年齡及修業年限實施辦法、桃園市高級中等以下學校資 賦優異學生縮短修業年限實施要點暨實施方式辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依前開規定，學校辦理資賦優異學生縮短修業年限之方式， 計有學科成就測驗通過後免修該學科(學習領域)課程、部分學科(學習領域)加速、全部學科(學習領域)同時加速、部分學科(學習領域)跳級以及全部學科(學習領域)跳級等5類。 |
| 三、 | 學校辦理資優學生縮短修業年限工作摘錄如下： |
| (一) | 學校資優學生縮短修業年限實施計畫應於每學期開學後3 週內上網公告並加強宣導。 |
| (二) | 學生申請免修課程、部分學科加速或全部學科加速，經特 推會審議通過者，上學期應於12月15日前，下學期應於5 月15日前檢具學習輔導計畫、特推會會議紀錄及鑑定資料 等函報本局備查後辦理。 |
| (三) | 申請部分學科跳級或全部學科跳級，經學校特推會審議通 過者，上學期應於12月15日前，下學期應於5月15日前檢 具學習輔導計畫、特推會會議紀錄及鑑定資料等函報本局 ，提桃園市特殊教育學生鑑定及就學輔導會審議通過及本局核定後實施 。 |
| 四、 | 請各校依上開規定辦理符合申請資格學生申請事項；檢附本 市高級中等以下學校資賦優異學生縮短修業年限實施要點、 實施方式、流程圖暨參考範例各1份。 |
