| 二、 | 法務部為促進政府機關公務人員正確適用政府資訊公開法，增進人民對公共事務之瞭解、信賴及監督並促進民主參與，前已編製「政府資訊公開法實用小幫手」宣導教材，並置於該部全球資訊網（https://gov.tw/MCa）。 |
| 三、 | 又為便利各機關得運用前揭教材，持續宣導政府資訊公開法，該部另編製「政府資訊公開法實用簡報」，得與該教材相互參照運用。 |
| 四、 | 旨揭宣導教材之電子檔，已置於該部全球資訊網/法治視窗/法律資源/政府資訊公開項下（網址：https://gov.tw/NAL）。 |
| 五、 | 檢附法務部來函及宣導教材電子檔各1份。 |
