| 一、 | 本計畫「2024教育的跨域創造力-教師行動研究計畫」緣起於師資培育大學在地深耕、長期陪伴、資源共享、實踐研究以及人才培育之精神與社會責任，創造屬於在職教師、師資生與大學師培教師合作共好之交流平台，期能將師培大學社會責任實踐於教學現場，並傳承予師資生，形成一個善的循環，同時增加各級參與單位之社會資本、人力資本與決策資本。 |
| 二、 | 本計畫獲教育部補助，由本校師資培育中心洪瑞璇助理教授擔任計畫主持人，將以行動研究社群模式進行，目標對象為具有碩士學位以上之在職教師，期能聚集對課程與教學具有研究想法的老師，以實體或線上的形式，共同進行教學實踐行動研究。本計畫內容包括研究規劃、課程設計、經驗交流與問題解決，並預期能產出論文發表，促進在職老師於教學場域上的效能，增進教師專業成長，擴展教師在職進修的能力與資源，同步也將在職教師的豐富教學經驗於清大師資生課堂上給予其回饋、助益其學習。 |
| 三、 | 本行動研究計畫名額有限，免費報名，敬請協助公告周知並鼓勵所屬各級學校之在職教師踴躍參與，對本計畫有興趣之在職教師歡迎參加於113年1月25日(星期四)上午10時舉行之線上說明會，可進一步了解本計畫之運作模式，線上說明會google meet連結如下：https://meet.google.com/mui-dgaa-ycy。 |
| 四、 | 有意願參與本行動研究計畫社群之在職教師，可於聽完線上說明會後，以線上google表單報名，網址：https://reurl.cc/g4Moo4。報名截止日為113年1月31日。報名截止後，本校師培中心將進行初審，確認報名成功者將另行以電子郵件通知。 |
