| 主旨： | 轉知監察院國家人權委員會於113年11月16日至24日舉辦兒童權利公約35週年相關活動一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據監察院國家人權委員會113年11月13日委台權訪字第1134131456號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為慶祝CRC35週年及世界兒童人權日，監察院國家人權委員會與民間團體合作，舉辦《推我的兒權》兒童權利公約35週年博覽會及「青春與世界同步」兒童權利35週年多元特展。詳細時間及地點如下： |
| (一) | 《推我的兒權》兒童權利公約35週年博覽會： |
| １、 | 時間：113年11月16日上午10時至下午5時。 |
| ２、 | 地點：高雄駁二藝術特區P3-1倉庫（803高雄市鹽埕區大勇路1號）。 |
| ３、 | 活動內容：博覽會將於當日上午10時至10時40分舉辦開幕記者會，下午由高中社團表演音樂及舞蹈。活動區規劃成互動遊戲區，以便年紀較小的小孩一同參與。六大權利攤位區將分成生存發展、受保護、教育權、表意參與、休息休閒、多元文化區塊，每個團體負責一個攤位，讓民眾以多元方式了解兒童權利內涵。靜態展區則是以直立式吊掛文字及海報，讓民眾了解兒童權利公約。 |
| (二) | 「青春與世界同步」兒童權利35週年多元特展： |
| １、 | 時間：113年11月19日至24日，每日上午10時至下午5時。 |
| ２、 | 地點：花博流行館（104台北市中山區中山北路三段58號）。 |
| ３、 | 活動內容：展區依據生存發展、受保護、教育權、表意參與、休息休閒、多元文化等議題分區設展，並呈現近年來台灣兒童權利的進展。展場另設立國家人權委員會專區，呈現人權會成立至今針對兒童權利所做的成果。 |
| 三、 | 為使兒少及社會大眾更瞭解兒童權利的重要性及其內涵，請協助宣傳並鼓勵貴校師生參與。 |
