| 主旨： | 本協會擬舉辦【心理學與美好生活〜決定人生幸福和成就的關鍵】公益自我成長線上課程，敬請協助公告，歡迎有興趣者踴躍報名參加。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 本課程將經由14堂線上直播教學，精神分析、依附理論、T.A. (溝通交流分析)、認知學派、P.E.T. (父母效能訓練)、薩提爾模式、完形治療等心理學派，幫助學生從不安全到安全，從自卑到有價值，從無能到效能，從不足到滿足。 |
| 二、 | 課程時間：2024年12月15日開始每週日下午 2:30~5:00共14堂課程（2/2新年連假停課一次），請預留16週時間，以防講師臨時有事請假。 |
| 三、 | 課程內容：本次課程有五大主題：認識自己、認識情緒智商、溝通心理學、婚姻心理學、療癒心理學。詳細內容請參見附件。 |
| 四、 | 團體帶領人楊依靜講師簡介：1. 夏威夷大學心理研究所，加州 Esalan 身心靈整合學院，曾接受完形心理治療、家族治療、父母效能訓練、敘事治療、戲劇治療等專業訓練。2. 創辦身心靈桃花源成長中心、臺灣點一盞燈社會關懷協會、阿含生命傳記劇場。3. 長期於各企業、學校、家扶中心、單親中心帶領成長團體，共計二十年以上。 |
| 五、 | 上課方式：Zoom線上授課，請確定可以使用再報名。 |
| 六、 | 課程費用：免費，但需繳交保證金2500元，全勤者可全額退費。全勤認定標準為每次上課出席滿150分鐘。 |
| 七、 | 報名對象：一般社會大眾。 |
