| 主旨： | 有關國立臺灣師範大學心理與教育測驗研究發展中心辦理112年度「素養導向課室評量資源建置暨推廣計畫」實作工作坊第二階段－國中小社會領域場次，請貴校協助公告並轉知教師報名參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立臺灣師範大學112年12月13日師大心測中字第1121036349號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨案相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 辦理日期： |
| １、 | 113年1月26日（星期五）：國小社會、國中地理。 |
| ２、 | 113年3月20日（星期三）國中歷史、國中公民與社會。 |
| (二) | 辦理年段及領域：國中小社會領域。 |
| (三) | 參加對象：國小社會、國中地理、國中歷史、國中公民與社會，凡有興趣之全國國民中小學教師、師資培育生及其他校內編制人員，皆可報名參與。該場次若報名人數超過上限，則另訂錄取原則。 |
| (四) | 報名方式： |
| １、 | 在職教師請至全國教師在職進修網報名（網址：https://inservice.edu.tw），國小社會、國中地理場次開放報名期間自112年12月11日（星期一）起至113年1月7日（星期日）止，國中歷史、國中公民與社會場次報名期間自112年12月11日（星期一）起至113年3月3日（星期日）止；取消報名時間截止至各場次辦理日前7個工作天。課程代碼如附件2。 |
| ２、 | 非在職教師（或無需研習時數者）、師資培育生請於報名期間透過線上表單完成報名。報名表單連結：https://forms.gle/HPqfxutrfRVAPPgx8。 |
| (五) | 地點：國立臺灣師範大學校本部樸大樓（臺北市和平東路一段162號）。 |
| (六) | 研習時數：全程參與本工作坊第二階段課程者，核發6小時研習時數。非在職教師無核發研習時數。未全程參與者將依實際出席情況核發研習時數（心測中心具研習時數核發之認定權）。 |
| (七) | 其他： |
| １、 | 本工作坊免費參與並提供午餐，惟交通及住宿皆由與會者負擔。 |
| ２、 | 行前通知或活動異動，將於各場次前7個工作天以電子郵件寄送，敬請報名者密切留意個人電子信箱。 |
