| 檢送「桃園市113年度表揚推展家庭教育績優個人暨團體實施計畫」1份，請協助公告並踴躍推薦符合資格者參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據家庭教育法第5條第2款、第19條、家庭教育法施行細則第9條及桃園市獎助機關機構學校法人及團體推展家庭教育辦法辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為鼓勵積極推展本市家庭教育之個人與團體，以鼓勵服務士氣，提升服務效能，特辦理旨揭計畫。 |
| 三、 | 有關旨揭計畫，摘要如下： |
| (一) | 參加對象資格： |
| １、 | 績優個人：自111年1月1日起至112年12月31日止，連續2年(含)以上任職於推展家庭教育機關(構)、團體之專職人員，由本市機關(構)、學校、法人及團體推薦參加。 |
| ２、 | 績優團體：自111年1月1日起至112年12月31日止，連續2年以上推展家庭教育之本市機關(構)、學校、法人及團體。 |
| (二) | 選拔標準：受推薦個人及團體之工作內涵須為推展家庭親職教育、子職教育、性別教育、婚姻教育、失親教育、倫理教育、多元文化、家庭資源與管理教育、情緒教育、人口教育及其他家庭教育事項，並有具體事蹟者。 |
| (三) | 推薦及選拔方式： |
| １、 | 推薦：個人由其服務機關(構)、團體核章用印推薦；團體經核章用印自我推薦，於113年9月13日(星期五)前寄送至本府家庭教育中心(郵戳為憑)。 |
| ２、 | 評審：將邀請專家、學者組成評審委員會，公平、公正評審，並決定表揚之團體和個人名單。 |
| (四) | 獎勵及名額： |
| １、 | 績優個人獎：經評審優異前3名，獲市府頒發獎牌1面及禮券5,000元整。 |
| ２、 | 績優團體獎：經評審優異前3名，獲市府頒發獎牌1面及禮券10,000元整。 |
| (五) | 各獎項得獎之個人及團體，將公告於本府家庭教育中心網站，另擇日予以表揚。 |
