| 一、 | 依據本局113年度施政計畫暨本局113年5月8日召開「本市參加114年全國原住民族運動會第一次組隊籌備會議」紀錄辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭選拔賽事資訊如下: |
| (一) | 日期:訂於113年8月31、9月1日(星期六、日)。 |
| (二) | 地點:桃園市觀音區草漯壘球(地址:桃園市觀音區長安路)。 |
| 三、 | 報名方式: |
| (一) | 一律網路報名(桃園市體育總會慢速壘球委員會)線上填寫報名表。 |
| (二) | 費用:免報名費，需繳保證金2000元。 |
| １、 | ATM轉帳:銀行代碼824 帳號:111-0018-91978 戶名:黃展彥。 |
| ２、 | 完成轉帳費用後，請將轉出帳號後5碼填於報名表之備註欄內。 |
| (三) | 自即日起至113年8月10日(星期六)下午5時時止，逾期概不予受理。 |
