| 轉知 「115年模範父親代表推薦作業」相關辦法， 歡迎踴躍推薦符合條件人選。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本市市級模範父、母親代表推薦作業實施計畫及本市114年11月25日府社團字第11403360491號函（諒達）辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭表揚活動係為發揚傳統文化精神，倡導孝親倫理觀念， 並藉由舉薦具體感人事蹟之模範父親公開表揚，以形塑社會 良善典範，請積極協助推薦作業，俾利擴大表揚效益。 |
| 三、 | 推薦作業相關事項如下： |
| (一) | 設籍桃園市1年以上者。 |
| (二) | 近5年無判決有罪者。 |
| (三) | 未曾受市級模範父親表揚、當年度無重複榮獲本市區級模範父親表揚，經本府審查小組評定者不在此限。 |
| 四、 | 提報單位： |
| (一) | 各區公所。 |
| (二) | 本府各局處(含二級機關)。 |
| (三) | 本市立案之團體、財團法人或於全國性社會福利財團法人並於本市設有分事務所單位。 |
| 五、 | 推薦期間：自115年5月1日起至5月30日止，請於期限內函送推薦資料至本局初審，逾期恕不受理。 |
| 六、 | 檢附本市市級模範父、母親代表推薦作業實施計畫、推薦表 格各1份，請依格式填報，並於收件截止日前檢附相關佐證 資料及可編輯之電子檔案函送本局辦理。 |
