| 主旨： | 有關教育部國民及學前教育署委託國立臺灣師範大學辦理「資優學生長期追蹤暨特殊群體資優發掘與輔導計畫」，擬出版「特殊群體資優學生輔導案例」專書徵稿，敬請鼓勵貴校教育人員踴躍投稿，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立臺灣師範大學115年3月18日師大特教字第1151007030號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 特殊群體資優學生依據，特殊教育法第46條第1項：高級中等以下各教育階段主管機關及學校對於身心障礙及處於離島、偏遠地區，或因經濟、文化或族群致需要協助資賦優異學生，應加強鑑定與輔導，並視需要調整評量項目、工具及程序。 |
| 三、 | 為利推廣特殊群體資優學生鑑定與發掘模式、加強教師及相關人員專業知能，且提供特殊群體資優學生支援及諮詢輔導服務之案例分享爰出版本專書。 |
| 四、 | 本專書擬收錄特殊群體資優學生之理論篇及發掘與輔導篇，專書篇章投稿內容包含章名、中英文摘要（500字以內）、3至5個關鍵字、正文（5,000-10,000字）、參考文獻等，稿件樣式與撰稿體例請參考附件1與附件2。 |
| 五、 | 收錄之稿件稿酬致謝；稿費以每千字800元計酬。 |
