| 一、 | 依據本市立楊梅國民中學115年2月5日梅國秀分字第1150001357號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本市慈輝班轉介就讀資訊摘要如下： |
| (一) | 轉介就讀對象： |
| １、 | 因家庭遭逢變故而中途輟學，經追蹤輔導返校而無法適應就學環境。 |
| ２、 | 因家庭功能不彰與失調。 |
| ３、 | 因列為中低、低收入戶而有中輟之虞。 |
| (二) | 申請時間： |
| １、 | 學年初轉介：115年4月1日至115年5月15日止。 |
| ２、 | 學年中轉介：115年7月1日至116年2月22日間不定期受理申請，並於 3、10、12月或依實際需求召開學生轉介就讀複審會議；申請收件日期請依秀才分校網站公告資訊為準。 |
| (三) | 學生待遇：學生就讀慈輝班期間享全額公費，註冊費、平安保險費、食、宿、制服、書籍費等全免。 |
