| 一、 | 依據本府115年1月15日府社家字第1150011300號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 查性騷擾防治法第7條規定略以，政府機關（構）、部隊、學校、機構或僱用人，於所屬公共場所及公眾得出入之場所發生性騷擾案件時，應採取適當之預防、處理及改善措施。 |
| 三、 | 本府為提升公共場所主人之性騷擾防治知能，爰拍製旨揭2部宣導影片，以「安心五招（教、申、貼、訂、揭）」為預防機制，及「應變五步（安、申、證、警、檢）」為應變流程，讓「安全」成為場所空間管理的一部分；另為提升民眾了解「旁觀者介入」之行動精神，透過「3D行動策略」－Distract（轉移焦點）、Delegate（尋求協助）、Direct（直接介入），具體示範民眾如何在確保自身安全的前提下採取行動。相關資訊可至本府家庭暴力暨性侵害防治中心網站保護防治宣導專區/影音專區項下查詢。 |
