『幸福保衛站』保衛幸福讚！ 18歲以下學童，家中遇緊急變故，饑餓時可至超商求助取餐
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據北臺區域幸福保衛站及桃園市幸福保衛站計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨案係由北臺8縣市(臺北市、新北市、基隆市、桃園市、新竹市、新竹縣、苗栗縣、宜蘭縣)與四大超商（統一、萊爾富、來來(OK)、全家）共同推動，結合各縣市教育及社政單位之力量，針對18歲以下突發急難事由有飢餓求助需求之高風險及脆弱家庭兒少，當其至超商取餐時，由超商即時提供免費餐點使其免於飢餓，並由超商人員主動關懷請取餐兒少填寫基本資料後，於24小時內將通報單傳至當地社政單位窗口，經查核身分及學籍後派案所屬學校協助處理，學校依個案(家庭)情況給予關懷輔導及必要協助；倘為無學籍或學籍不明之孩童，則派案予社政單位介入調查處理，若列為高風險家庭個案，則會進入社會局追蹤輔導體系。 |
| 三、 | 「幸福保衛站計畫」目的、補助對象及原則如下： |
| (一) | 目的： |
| １、 | 結合桃園市統一、萊爾富、來來(OK)、全家等四大超商作為關懷據點，即時提供急難求助之弱勢學童餐點。 |
| ２、 | 擴大發生急難事由之18歲以下兒童及青少年通報及救助管道，提供飢餓需求之餐點協助，以保障其安心就學。 |
| (二) | 補助對象：本市境內發生急難事由之18歲以下兒童及青少年。 |
| (三) | 補助原則：採救急不救窮為原則，以解決弱勢學童燃眉之急，非長期照顧。 |
| (四) | 執行方式： |
| １、 | 當18歲以下家中遇緊急變故學童，飢餓時至四大超商門市求助取餐，學童填寫基本資料，併選取飯、麵和麵包等主食餐點及不含酒精之飲料1份(100元為原則)，且須於店內食用完畢為原則。 |
| ２、 | 學童取餐後，超商將於24小時內傳真通報，本府社會局接獲通報後，將由本局專人通知所屬學校，學校接獲派案後應立即關懷輔導或引介資源協助學生。 |
| ３、 | 若發現個案家中主要照顧者失業或收入不穩定者，應由關懷輔導人員主動提供勞動局就業服務資訊及社會局社會救助措施等資源協助。 |
