| 主旨： | 檢送本市115學年度國民中學學術性向暨創造能力資賦優異學生鑑定簡章各1份，為維護學生權益，請貴校妥為積極宣傳周知，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本市115學年度國民中學資賦優異學生鑑定小組第1次會議決議事項辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭鑑定重要資訊如下： |
| (一) | 申請資格： |
| １、 | 就讀或戶籍設於桃園市之114學年度公、私立國民小學六年級學生。 |
| ２、 | 欲申請學術性向資賦優異學生(英語或數理暨自然科學)鑑定者： |
| (１) | 具學術性向資優特質，且於專長學科有優異表現者。 |
| (２) | 數理資優類及自然科學資優類僅能擇一類申請報名。 |
| ３、 | 欲申請創造能力資賦優異學生鑑定者：具有創造能力資賦優異特質(如：敏覺、流暢、變通、獨創、精密、想像、挑戰、好奇、冒險等)，經專家學者、指導教師、學生家長的觀察(觀察期間至少一學期)或學生自我推薦者。 |
| (二) | 報名時間(逾時不受理)： |
| １、 | 初選：115年1月12日(星期一)上午8時至115年1月19日(星期一)晚上23時59分止。 |
| ２、 | 複選：115年4月6日(星期一)上午8時至115年4月11日(星期六)晚上23時59分止。 |
| (三) | 報名方式：一律採線上報名，報名網址：https://www.giftedness.tyc.edu.tw。 |
| (四) | 鑑定日期： |
| １、 | 數理暨自然科學資優鑑定：初選115年3月7日(星期六)，複選115年4月25日(星期六)。 |
| ２、 | 英語資優鑑定：初選115年3月8日(星期日)，複選115年4月26日(星期日)。 |
| ３、 | 創造能力資優鑑定：初選115年3月15日(星期日)，複選115年5月9日(星期六)。 |
