| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本市國民教育階段資賦優異學生鑑定及安置工作實施要點暨本市115學年度國民小學資賦優異學生鑑定小組會議決議辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭鑑定重要資訊如下： |
| (一) | 申請資格：就讀本市之114學年度公私立國民小學二年級及四年級學生。 |
| (二) | 報名時間(逾時不受理)： |
| １、 | 初選：115年1月6日(星期二)上午9時至115年1月12日(星期一)下午4時止。 |
| ２、 | 複選： |
| (１) | 一般智能：115年4月7日(星期二)上午9時至114年4月13日(星期一)下午4時止。 |
| (２) | 創造能力：115年4月2日(星期四)上午9時至114年4月8日(星期三)下午4時止。 |
| (三) | 報名方式：一律採線上報名，報名網址：https://www.elemgiftedness.tyc.edu.tw/。 |
| (四) | 鑑定日期： |
| １、 | 一般智能： |
| (１) | 初選測驗時間： |
| 甲、 | 二年級：115年3月22日(星期日)上午9時開始(8時30分前完成報到)。 |
| 乙、 | 四年級：115年3月22日(星期日)下午2時開始(1時30分前完成報到)。 |
| (２) | 複選測驗時間： |
| 甲、 | 二年級：115年4月18日(星期六)。 |
| 乙、 | 四年級：115年4月19日(星期日)。 |
| 丙、 | 考生報到時間另行於115年4月16日(星期四) 下午5時前公告。 |
