| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府婦幼發展局114年10月1日桃婦康字第1140021881號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 衛生福利部國民健康署於113年7月1日推動兒童發展篩檢服務，提供未滿7歲之兒童6次兒童發展篩檢服務，該服務係針對7歲以下幼童，享6次兒童發展篩檢服務，透過接受標準化篩檢工具訓練的醫生，於兒童發展關鍵年齡提供完整兒童發展篩檢服務。 |
| 三、 | 為提升「兒童發展篩檢服務」利用率，針對未篩檢個案進行關懷，並提醒其家長或主要照顧者善用6次兒童發展篩檢服務，每階段各補助1次篩檢服務，家長須攜帶「兒童健保卡」及「兒童健康手冊」至兒童發展篩檢服務合約院所進行篩檢服務。 |
