函轉衛生福利部有關「網路媒體不當自殺內容申訴平臺」自113年8月1日（星期四）起正式啟用，請貴單位協助轉知所屬單位，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據衛生福利部113年7月31日衛部心字第1131761945號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依據自殺防治法第9條第2項第8款規定：「協助傳播媒體及網際網路平臺遵守自殺新聞報導原則，並建立自律機制。」 |
| 三、 | 旨揭平臺係提供一般民眾及各機關（構）、學校等相關單位，反映網路媒體不當自殺內容之申訴管道，相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 平臺網址：https://msp-appeal.org.tw（啟用後將同步公告於衛生福利部心理健康司網頁）。 |
| (二) | 服務單位：台北市電腦商業同業公會。 |
| (三) | 服務時間：每週一至週五上午9時至12時、下午1時至6時（國定假日及例假日除外）。 |
| (四) | 諮詢專線：（02）25787885（台北市電腦商業同業公會）。 |
| (五) | 申訴處理機制：該平臺將依自殺防治法及世界衛生組織自殺新聞報導原則，檢視網路媒體不當自殺內容，並通知前揭業者予以自律處理，並於申訴受理後7個工作天內回復處理情形。 |
| 四、 | 檢附原函影本及平臺申訴流程各1份。 |
