| 主旨： | 函轉國防部115年「全民國防教育傑出貢獻獎選拔表揚作業要點」修頒暨「全民國防教育傑出貢獻獎」薦報案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府115年5月11日府民兵字第1150120394號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 「全民國防教育傑出貢獻獎」獎項區分「團體獎」及「個人獎」： |
| (一) | 本市可推薦員額為2團體及3個人獎；另得擇優薦報團體、個人各1個備額。 |
| (二) | 各單位薦報資料(薦報表、聲明書及具體事蹟表(含佐證附件)紙本1份)，請於6月1日(星期一)前函送本局辦理初審作業，俾利後續報送國防部事宜。 |
| (三) | 薦報資料WORD可編輯電子檔，請另寄至電子郵件信箱：watertk@ms.tyc.edu.tw。 |
| 三、 | 薦報事蹟資格：具體事蹟以前1年度(114年)之1月1日至12月31日止之資料，每1團體或個人以1冊（團體：200頁內、個人：150頁內）為限；團體事蹟不得納入個人獎事蹟薦報。 |
| 四、 | 不得薦報情形: |
| (一) | 參選團體獎之單位主官(管)同時以個人名義參選個人獎。 |
| (二) | 薦報個人獎之人員受刑事有罪判決或軍職人員有受申誡、罰款 、檢束、禁足、罰勤及罰站以外之懲罰處分（前1年度1月1 日至12月31日止）。 |
| (三) | 前兩年度(113年、114年)已獲全民國防教育傑出貢獻獎之團體或個人。 |
| (四) | 當年度薦選社團法人中華民國軍人之友社敬軍模範選拔之團體或個人。 |
| (五) | 當年度同時獲選全民國防教育傑出貢獻獎及縣市政府考核評鑑優良單位或績優承辦人，僅擇一獎項辦理獎勵。 |
| (六) | 檢附國防部來函、全民國防教育傑出貢獻獎選拔表揚作業要點暨作業要點部分規定修正對照表各1份。 |
