| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本市龜山區自強國民小學115年3月2日強小教字第1150001050號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為使本市親師生了解無痕山林理念及七大行動準則相關知識，確保接觸山林安全及建立愛護山林素養，實踐環境倫理價值，爰辦理本活動。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭活動資訊如下： |
| (一) | 時間：115年4月18日(星期六)上午8時40分至下午1時。 |
| (二) | 地點：本市自強國小(龜山區自強東路269號)。 |
| １、 | 室內課：至善樓二樓會議室。 |
| ２、 | 戶外課：學校後山步道場域。 |
| (三) | 參加對象：本市國小親師生組隊(親子或師生或親師生)。 |
| (四) | 報名期限：即日起至115年3月27日(星期五)截止。 |
| (五) | 報名方式： |
| １、 | 請填妥報名表後提供電子檔及核章後掃描檔，並於115年3月20日(星期五)前電郵自強國小學務主任信箱：betty@m2.zqes.tyc.edu.tw，主旨敘明：「○○國小無痕山林教育親師生冬令營活動報名表」，2項報名文件(電子檔及核章後掃描檔)缺一則視為報名未完成，視同放棄。 |
| ２、 | 本活動錄取名額以30人為限，每校至多5人，名額超過以電郵報名文件先後順序為錄取依據。 |
| ３、 | 紙本報名表核章後請於115年3月27日(星期五)前郵寄自強國小學務處（地址：33347桃園市龜山區自強東路269號自強國小學務主任收）備查。 |
| ４、 | 報名截止後將電郵錄取結果信件至貴校承辦人電子信箱，如有相關事宜請洽自強國小學務主任03-3590758轉310。 |
| 四、 | 為響應節能減碳，請自備水壺、環保杯及碗筷；另請貴校責核予工作人員及參與人員公(差)假登記。 |
| 五、 | 隨文檢附實施計畫1份。 |
