| 一、 | 依據運動部115年2月23日運適(二)字第1150200121號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 運動部辦理旨揭活動係為落實「多元、平權、共融」之核心理念，並由校園拓展至社區及全民，鼓勵身心障礙者或相關人員（如照顧者、陪伴者或相關領域人員等）透過影像分享自身參與運動之心情或經驗，亦可透過鏡頭捕捉適應運動共融參與之耀眼瞬間，以促進各界對適應運動理念之理解與共識，同時強化國人對運動平權之認知。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭活動相關資訊摘述如下，詳細內容請參閱附件。 |
| (一) | 參賽組別： |
| １、 | 微電影競賽： |
| (１) | 普特融合組：影片長度約3–5分鐘，拍攝內容以學生參與之適應運動活動為主。 |
| (２) | 愛動行動組：影片長度約3-5分鐘，拍攝內容以身心障礙者實際參與運動之經驗為主。 |
| (３) | 快閃倡議組：以30秒內短片，以「適應運動」、「融合參與」或「運動平權」為核心概念，透過影像進行議題倡議。 |
| ２、 | 攝影競賽： |
| (１) | 國小組：114學年度在學之國小學生。 |
| (２) | 國中組：114學年度在學之國中學生。 |
| (３) | 高中職組：114學年度在學之高級中等學校學生（含五專前3年）。 |
| ３、 | 不限資格組：凡非屬上開三組別身分之社會人士。 |
| (二) | 競賽辦法： |
| １、 | 微電影競賽：各組作品應以實際發生之運動活動或參與經驗為基礎進行拍攝；影片中如呈現身心障礙者入鏡，應為實際參與該活動之人員，不得以未實際參與之角色冒充真實參與者。 |
| ２、 | 攝影競賽：作品須呈現身心障礙者實際參與之運動情境，得為融合式或分流參與形式，拍攝場域不侷限於校園，得包含校園體育課程、運動社團、校內外運動活動、賽會，或社區及全民運動相關之活動情境。 |
| (三) | 報名辦法： |
| １、 | 報名日期：自即日起至115年5月3日（星期日）截止。 |
| ２、 | 報名方式：採線上報名，依線上表單指示操作。 |
| ３、 | 作品繳交方式： |
| (１) | 微電影競賽：將作品上傳至YouTube後，依指示提供作品網址。 |
| (２) | 攝影競賽：填寫Google線上報名表單時，依指示將作品上傳。 |
| (四) | 成果展示與頒獎：得獎名單預計於115年7月底公布，並預計於115年8月舉行頒獎典禮。 |
| (五) | 獎勵辦法： |
| １、 | 微電影競賽： |
| (１) | 各組取特優1名，每件得獎作品發給禮券20,000元，並頒發運動部個人獎狀。 |
| (２) | 各組取優勝3名：每件得獎作品發給禮券5,000元，並頒發運動部個人獎狀。 |
| (３) | 潛力新秀獎：針對國小及國中學生組成之團隊，各組得設置至多1名，每件得獎作品發給禮券2,000元，並頒發運動部個人獎狀。 |
| ２、 | 攝影競賽： |
| (１) | 各組取特優1名，每件得獎作品發給禮券5,000元，並頒發運動部個人獎狀。 |
| (２) | 各組取優勝2名，每件得獎作品發給禮券1,000元，並頒發運動部個人獎狀。 |
