| 說明： |
| 一、 | 「115年全國身心障礙國民運動會」為2年1度舉辦之全國性賽會，為遴選本市非田徑、游泳及保齡球項目之優秀選手代表本市參賽，請各單位依限免備文逕送(寄)選手推薦表，並併同最近一年(含當年)之相關客觀有利參賽成績證明影本至本局彙整，無故逾期將視同棄權。 |
| 二、 | 承上，最近一年(含當年)係指「113年全國身心障礙國民運動會」(含)後參加之賽事，相關推薦參賽標準順位如下： |
| (一) | 最近一年(含當年)參加國際性比賽成績。 |
| (二) | 最近一年(含當年)參加全國性錦標賽成績。 |
| (三) | 最近一年(含當年)參加全國中等學校運動會錦標賽成績。 |
| (四) | 最近一年(含當年)參加中華帕拉林匹克總會或全國各單項協會舉辦之正式錦標賽成績。 |
| (五) | 最近一年(含當年)參加各縣市舉辦(不同縣市參賽隊伍達3隊以上)之正式錦標賽成績。 |
| (六) | 最近一年(含當年)參加桃園市市長盃及桃園市各單項委員會舉辦之正式錦標賽前三名成績(擇優)。 |
| (七) | 其他可供審查參考之競賽優秀表現(須提出足以明確證明具優秀表現及實力之相關佐證資料)。 |
| 三、 | 為配合「115年全國身心障礙國民運動會」分級中心之選手規範，凡欲報名參賽選手均必須符合下列規定： |
| (一) | 肢體及視覺障礙選手，須完成分級或列名分級中心最新公告之分級清單內。 |
| (二) | 聽覺障礙選手鑑定於採計期間內(114年7月5日至115年1月4日止)。 |
| (三) | 倘欲查詢選手分級狀態，請逕至帕拉林匹克運動分級中心網站(https://www.taiwanpscc.org/)，點選MASTER LIST查詢。 |
| 四、 | 請各單位(學校)詳閱賽會競賽規程之戶籍、年齡、體位分級等選手參賽資格規定，以及報名作業所需資料，並請及早妥處相關事宜，以俾順利報名參賽。 |
| 五、 | 本案相關資料請逕至本局網站(https://www.dst.tycg.gov.tw/)－最新消息區查閱。 |
