| 主旨： | 轉知本府婦幼發展局辦理「桃園市政府孕產婦全方位守護計畫」114 年度作業須知一案，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府婦幼發展局114年3月10日桃婦康字第1140004668號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 查旨揭計畫係為建立完備孕產婦照護網絡、強化及精進本市孕產婦及新生兒照護、降低孕產婦及嬰兒生產事故發生，並降低新生兒死亡率，辦理資訊如下： |
| (一) | 實施期間：自114年1月1日起至114年12月31日。 |
| (二) | 服務對象：設籍本市之孕產婦或配偶設籍於本市之尚未取得中華民國身分證之外籍孕產婦之一般個案。 |
| (三) | 服務內容：以面對面諮詢、電話訪視，提供孕期至產後6個月之「衛教諮詢」、「關懷追蹤」，或特殊個案需求， 並視個案需求提供家庭訪視服務，同時整合本市孕婦產婦相關服務資源。 |
