| 一、 | 依據114年度桃園市政府環境管理處各區中隊績效考核計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為讓民眾熟悉並落實執行廢乾電池回收工作，請配合旨揭政策執行下列事項： |
| (一) | 廢乾電池屬公告應回收的廢棄物，籲請民眾享用科技的同時，請勿隨意把廢電池及鋰電池直接丟棄至垃圾車，因電池經過擠壓易起火燃燒，造成隨車人員安全疑慮，電池內含有重金屬及有毒物質，不但污染土壤及地下水，污染物經由食物鏈也會影響人類的健康。 |
| (二) | 現代已有許多產品結合電池才可啟動，因此電池被廣泛使用且解決了生活中許多科技的需求，面對廢電池後續處理也成為一大挑戰。提醒民眾回收廢電池及鋰電池應做好分開回收工作，廢乾電池回收可透過「取出」、「存放」、「回收」三步驟，鋰電池於廢棄時可能仍有殘餘電力，需與廢電池分開回收，回收鋰電池時，應於電極（正負極）上貼絕緣膠帶，避免短路起火。 |
| (三) | 物品內若有乾電池或鋰電池請先取出後再回收，並把廢乾電池與鋰電池存放至不同容器內，防止電解液滲漏，且可妥善回收交由指定回收處(量販店、超級市場、連鎖超商里或社區資源回收便利站等)或交付清潔隊資源回收車人員等多重管道，故回收廢乾電池及鋰電池時，請務必把兩種類型之電池分開貯存，以便後續回收處理程序及有效降低安全疑慮。一起舉手之勞做環保，共同為美好環境盡一份心力。 |
