| 主旨： | 有關本市自114年2月3日起已不符合「桃園市腸病毒防疫措施」公告第五項停課條件，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府衛生局114年2月3日桃衛疾字第1140007058號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依據旨揭公告第五項規定：「全國或本市進入腸病毒流行期間之日起且全國或本市門急診就診人次連續兩週未低於流行閾值前：本市轄內之幼教保育機構及國小低年級（一、二年級），同一班級於一週內有二名以上病童時，該班級應停課（托）七日」。 |
| 三、 | 前因本市自113年第15週(113年4月7日至4月13日)起，腸病毒門急診就診人次超過流行閾值1,200人次，爰自113年4月22日開始進入流行期間，並持續執行前述停課措施至今。 |
| 四、 | 另查疾管署資料顯示，本市第3週（114年1月12日至1月18日）健保門急診就診人次為1,179人次，已低於流行閾值1,200人次，故本市自114年2月3日起已不符合「桃園市腸病毒防疫措施」第五項停課規定。 |
| 五、 | 1127解除後如遇同1班級1週內出現2名腸病毒病童時，經貴校評估，班級內腸病毒確診情形確有影響班務及課務之虞，本局授權貴校可透過校內防疫小組會議決議，並於達成親師生共識後暫停實體課程(以7日為限，含例假日)。 |
| 六、 | 請貴校持續落實生病不上課及相關衛教與環境清潔，以防範傳染病因交叉感染而造成疫情流行，並加強宣導做好個人衛生，落實咳嗽禮節及手部衛生預防疾病散播。 |
