| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部113年10月15日臺教授體字第1130500604A號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 2025雙北世界壯年運動會(下稱雙北世壯運)為大型國際綜合性賽會，以推廣終身運動及全民運動為宗旨，將於114年5月17日至30日於臺北市、新北市、桃園市、宜蘭縣、新竹縣市等6地辦理，參賽選手須年滿30歲，無須選拔即可以個人名義報名參賽。相關資訊請見賽會官方網站（https://wmg2025.tw/zh-tw/home）。 |
| 三、 | 雙北世壯運於113年2月17日開放報名至114年2月17日，為鼓勵貴單位所屬人員報名參賽，本府參考臺北市政府所擬訂之公假方案，規劃報名者公假參賽方式，說明如下： |
| (一) | 本府員工：參照公務人員請假規則第4條第8款略以「應國內外機關團體邀請，參加與其職務有關之各項會議或活動…，經機關長官核准者」給予公假。 |
| (二) | 本府教師：以課務自理或自行調課、補課為前提，得給予公假。 |
| (三) | 依實際出賽相關證明文件核實認定給假，非上班日出賽則不給予公假補休，惟各機關可依權責自行訂定審核規範。 |
