| 主旨： | 檢送教育部體育署委請國立臺灣師範大學辦理「2024年適應體育知識王競賽」活動參賽簡章及海報各1份，請踴躍參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部體育署113年10月30日臺教體署學(二)字第1130040262號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為推廣適應體育理念，鼓勵教育相關從業人員與社會大眾深化適應體育相關知識與實踐方式，特委請國立臺灣師範大學辦理旨揭活動。 |
| 三、 | 本案活動資訊摘要如下，詳見附件簡章： |
| (一) | 參與對象： |
| １、 | 各教育階段 （含幼兒園）教師（含代理、代課、兼課及實習教師）或相關從業人員。 |
| ２、 | 對適應體育有興趣之社會大眾 。 |
| (二) | 參賽名額： |
| １、 | 共30組， 依照報名優先順序錄取。 |
| ２、 | 每組至少2人，至多3人 (不限身分別)。 |
| (三) | 比賽時間：113年12月6日 (星期五)下午1時30分。 |
| (四) | 比賽地點：國立臺中教育大學英才校區R116階梯教室（臺中市西區民生路227號）。 |
| (五) | 報名日期與方式：自即日起至113年11月18日(星期一) 下午5時止，採線上報名，請逕至報名網址 （https://forms.gle/FVPiWCVRz5dKDqt76）完成報名手續。 |
| (六) | 報名費用：免報名費。惟每隊需繳交保證金新臺幣500元，活動當天退回，匯款資訊將於報名後由主辦單位寄發至聯絡信箱 (若報名後未能出席，請於活動當日3天前來信或致電國立臺灣師範大學取消可全額退費，否則恕不退還保證金)。 |
