| 主旨： | 函轉台灣黑熊保護協會於即日起至113年10月31日辦理「2024第3屆台灣黑熊繪畫季學生繪畫徵件比賽」，活動富有生態永續黑熊保育意義，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據台灣黑熊保護協會113年9月10日熊字第1130910001號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 台灣黑熊保育協會長期致力於保育瀕臨絕種的台灣黑熊，目前因非法狩獵、道路開發、棲息地破碎以及環境破壞種種等因素影響，全台黑熊僅剩餘 200~600 隻。台灣黑熊繪畫季舉辦迄今，今年邁向第3屆繪畫徵件比賽，往年繪畫比賽主題以台灣黑熊其特徵、育幼、棲息環境、飲食習慣和危機等元素作為創作主軸，今年將視野放大至世界八種熊類，以台灣黑熊與牠的「世界熊熊好朋友」為本次創作主題。不再僅僅只限於台灣黑熊，讓天馬行空的想像而受到限制，希望孩子們都能盡情的揮灑畫筆，鼓勵教師、家長帶著孩子一同參與，一邊作畫一邊了解台灣黑熊的保育知識。 |
| 三、 | 本次活動之繪圖內容、參加資格、報名及送件方式如下： |
| (一) | 繪圖內容：以台灣黑熊和牠的「世界熊熊好朋友」為主軸繪製作品，可將熊類特徵、育幼、棲息環境、食性、危機融入其作品當中。(世界八種熊類介紹可參考台灣黑熊保育協會官網，官網連結https://www.taiwanbear.org.tw) |
| (二) | 參賽資格：全台國小在校學生，每位投稿者作品以1件為限。投稿作品需為原創作品，且未曾公開發表或參選其他活動，不得使用AI繪製及代筆。 |
| (三) | 報名及送件方式： |
| １、 | 以郵遞方式投稿，或現場投稿；作品如以郵遞方式繳件作品請小心包装，寄送過程如有損毀，恕不負責。 |
| ２、 | 報名人數如超過15人(含15人），敬請送件教師一併填寫附件中團體報名清冊表。 |
| ３、 | 收件時間：即日起至2024年10月31日，收件時間以郵戳為憑，逾期不受理收件。 |
| ４、 | 親自繳件及寄件地址：981004 玉里鎮中城里城南一街7 號，台灣黑熊保育協會收，並請外封套註名【2024「第3 屆台灣黑熊繪畫季」學生繪畫徵件比賽】。 |
| ５、 | 報名及送件資料：報名表、團體報名請附上團體報名清冊、參賽作品紙本正本1張，紙本背面實貼作品資訊表。 |
