| 二、 | 新北市政府環境保護局為加強民眾對環保兩用袋的認識、提升袋體設計美感，以增加重複使用意願，特舉辦旨揭全國性徵圖比賽，報名期間自即日起至113年9月30日止，本次徵件比賽「首獎」作品將製成新北市新版的環保兩用袋，比賽詳細規則及報名方式，請至活動網站(網址：https://www.dual-purposebag.com/）查詢。 |
