| 說明： |
| 一、 | 非洲豬瘟中央災害應變中心（簡稱應變中心）於113年8月27日召開第31次會議，會議中表示，我國自107年8月起持續從邊境違規輸入豬肉產品檢驗病毒核酸，至113年7月31日止共檢驗7,490件檢體，驗出747件非洲豬瘟病毒核酸陽性案件，來自中國大陸、越南、泰國、馬來西亞等鄰近國家，平均陽性率9.97％，其中來自中國大陸陽性檢體計629件，佔陽性案例84％，顯示前述國家傳入非洲豬瘟之風險仍高。 |
| 二、 | 我國邊境管制機關持續針對來自高風險國家旅客行李及國際快遞郵包輔以X光機及檢疫犬嗅聞實施百分百查驗工作，倘旅客自近3年發生非洲豬瘟國家（地區）違規攜帶入境，或輸入人自發生非洲豬瘟國家（地區）以郵遞寄送豬肉產品至我國，第1次遭查獲就裁罰20萬元罰鍰，第2次違規者即裁罰新臺幣100萬元罰鍰。 |
| 三、 | 根據歷來經驗，中秋節前後是旅客攜帶、貨運快遞及國際郵包違規輸入動物產品數量的最高峰，尤其是境外輸入的含豬肉餡的月餅是違規產品的大宗，也是傳入非洲豬瘟的最大風險來源，請民眾出國前應詳閱農業部防檢署非洲豬瘟專區網頁訊息，入境時勿攜帶將含肉食品及其他動植物檢疫物（常見違規輸入動物產品有火腿腸、香腸、臘腸、鳳爪、鴨脖、醬板鴨、鴨腸、牛肉乾和半熟蛋），或飛機航班提供含肉餐點攜帶入境，若有誤攜帶情形，應於入境前丟棄於棄置箱或於入境海關前申報丟棄並請轉知國外親友不要以快遞及郵包寄送含豬肉產品（如含肉月餅或禮品）等動物檢疫物到臺灣，以免受罰。 |
