| 主旨： | 檢送桃園市113學年度學生美術比賽實施要點1份，務請公告周知以確保學生參賽權益，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據113學年度全國學生美術比賽實施要點（業以113年6月17日桃教終字第1130056268號函諒達）及113年8月16日召開之本市113學年度學生美術比賽籌備會議決議辦理。 |
| 二、 | 比賽重要日程事項摘錄如下： |
| (一) | 承辦學校：壽山高中（北區）及東安國中（南區）。 |
| (二) | 報名日期：113年9月14日（星期六）8時至113年9月22日 （星期日）23時59分前至《桃園市學生美術比賽報名網站 》（http://art105.tyc.edu.tw/），以校為單位為學生報名。 |
| (三) | 作品送件日期： |
| １、 | 國小組：113年10月1日（星期二）。 |
| ２、 | 國中、高中職組：113年10月2日（星期三）。 |
| (四) | 評選日期：113年10月12日（星期六）。 |
| (五) | 成績公告日期：113年10月15日（星期二）。 |
| (六) | 未獲全國賽代表權作品退件日期： |
| １、 | 國小組：113年10月16日（星期三）。 |
| ２、 | 國中、高中職組：113年10月17日（星期四）。 |
| (七) | 書法類入選作品現場書寫日期：113年10月18日（星期五 ），桃園市現場書寫規範將另函公告。 |
| 三、 | 比賽重要事項提醒如下，餘未盡事宜請詳讀旨案比賽要點： |
| (一) | 報名方式：一律採網路報名，未完成網路報名者，不予收件，報錯組別者亦不予收件。 |
| (二) | 高中（職）組參賽者除書法類，皆需於報名表附100-200 字作品介紹，手寫不收，請輸入於報名系統內；版畫類需 註明版種及材質。 |
| (三) | 版畫類作品為預防作品彼此黏貼之現象，得以透明膠片覆蓋，未乾透者不收，作品正面簽名請使用鉛筆書寫，並寫上張數編號及畫題。 |
| (四) | 繪畫類、平面設計類、漫畫類、水墨畫類、版畫類、西畫 類中，需現場創作之類組暫不公告，該類組獲本市學生美 術比賽前三名者，其作品經全國賽評審委員擇優者，應參 加113年11月9日（星期六）下午1時30分於郵政博物館舉 行之現場創作（時間、地點如有變更另行通知）。 |
| (五) | 另請貴校注意參賽學生作品規格大小是否符合比賽要點規範，不合者一律退件處理。 |
| 四、 | 本案事涉學生重要權益，務請貴校承辦人員、指導教師詳閱，並請參加美術比賽賽務及報名網站操作說明會（辦理時間另函通知），比賽資訊請確實轉知所屬學生及家長，以確保學生參賽權益。 |
