| 主旨： | 檢送本府衛生局辦理「看見失智友善」線上抽獎活動海報及說明文宣，惠請協助宣導，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府衛生局113年8月16日桃衛健字第11300766612號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為鼓勵本市民眾認識及預防失智症、了解如何協助社區內的失智者，與認識社區中的失智友善組織，該局辦理「看見失智友善」線上抽獎活動。 |
| 三、 | 透過串聯本市醫療單位、社區據點、失智友善組織於活動期間共同上架張貼海報，以鼓勵民眾藉由上傳與海報合影照片，認識失智友善資訊，活動內容簡述如下： |
| (一) | 活動期間：113年9月1日起至113年10月15日止。 |
| (二) | 活動規則：於活動期間與本市「失智友善憶起來」、「友智憶同在生活」海報的合照上傳至臉書貼文，留言寫下拍照地區及失智友善組織資訊，與回答「失智友善協助方式」或「3個預防失智症的方式」，並分享標記2位好友，即可參加抽獎。 |
| (三) | 抽獎說明：該局自符合規則步驟的照片留言中，抽取200名得獎者獲得200元等值LINE POINTS。 |
