| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署112年12月27日臺教國署國字第1120183764號及1120183764A號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為增進一般地區與偏遠地區公立國民中小學（以下簡稱偏遠地區學校）之教學交流與經驗傳承，國教署特訂定旨揭計畫，鼓勵一般地區學校優秀正式教師，前往偏遠地區學校從事教學訪問，以提升偏遠地區學校師資經驗傳承與教育創新。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭計畫摘要說明如下（餘詳見附件）： |
| (一) | 辦理期程：自113年8月1日至114年7月31日，並自即日起受理申請113學年度「教學訪問教師」及「受訪學校」。 |
| (二) | 教學訪問教師： |
| １、 | 申請資格： |
| (１) | 現任職於一般地區學校之正式教師，且正式教學年資合計滿6年以上，或公立國民中小學退休教師。 |
| (２) | 符合前述條件且具備下列各款規定之一者，得提出申請： |
| 甲、 | 曾獲全國性、各直轄市、縣（市）政府或民間團體辦理課程教學相關選拔優勝或課程教學相關業務推動績優者，例如教師教學卓越獎、SUPER/POWER教師、特殊優良教師、閱讀磐石獎、閱讀教師與其他課程教學競賽優勝或業務推動績優等事項。 |
| 乙、 | 曾擔任中央課程與教學輔導諮詢教師團隊或直轄市、縣（市）國民教育輔導團成員服務年資2年以上且有3次以上到校輔導經歷者。 |
| 丙、 | 具教育理念及熱忱及有具體優秀之教學事蹟，並經直轄市、縣（市）政府推薦者。 |
| ２、 | 獎勵及補助： |
| (１) | 教學訪問教師：補助交通費。連續服務滿2學年且經評選績優者，得補助赴海外學校參訪；業獲1次補助赴海外學校參訪，且再繼續服務1學年（合計連續達滿3學年）並經評選績優者，得公假補助第2次赴海外學校參訪，並採減半補助。 |
| (２) | 教學訪問教師之原服務學校：補助聘任代理教師費用及辦理課程與教學發展經費。 |
| ３、 | 申請方式： |
| (１) | 現職教師：請填具計畫附件2「教學訪問教師申請表」，於113年3月19日（星期二）前由原服務學校函 送本局，俾利彙整後函報國教署委辦團隊國立高雄餐 旅大學提出申請。 |
| (２) | 公立國民中小學退休教師：請填具計畫附件3「教學訪問教師申 請 表」，於113年3月31日（星期日）前逕送國立高雄餐旅大學提出申請。 |
| (三) | 受訪學校 |
| １、 | 申請資格：各地方政府依「偏遠地區學校教育發展條例」第4條、「偏遠地區學校分級及認定標準」第4條及第5條規定，報教育部核定之偏遠地區公立國民中小學，得提出申請。 |
| ２、 | 獎勵及補助：辦理課程與教學發展經費。 |
| ３、 | 申請方式：請填具計畫附件1「受訪學校申請表」，於113年3月19日（星期二）前由原服務學校函送本局，俾利彙整後函報國立高雄餐旅大學提出申請。 |
