| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立高雄科技大學115年6月23日高科大創字第1150500076號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本案活動宗旨:為增進國中學生對技職教育之認識，引導學生探索個人興趣，進而適性升學，特辦理本教案徵件活動。獲獎教案列為本計畫網站之開放教育資源，提供全國師生及民眾瀏覽及使用，協力生涯發展教育推動。 |
| 三、 | 參賽資格: |
| (一) | 對象:全台各級學校之現任教師(含代理、代課教師)以及在學師培生。 |
| (二) | 組隊方式:可採個人或團體組隊參賽，每組成員至多2人。 |
| 四、 | 教案設計要點： |
| (一) | 針對國中學生，以班級規模30人設計40分鐘之教學活動。 |
| (二) | 以日常生活職業、用品及產業，連結技術型高中15群科之專業技術，促進學生認識技職學涯及職涯藍圖。 |
| (三) | 教案內須融入主辦單位提供之評量題目及技職教育宣傳資訊。 |
| 五、 | 報名與時程： |
| (一) | 早鳥報名:115年7月1日至115年8月14日(完成早鳥報名，並於9月30日前完成教案繳交及所有參賽條件，前30組團隊另享超商禮券獎勵)。早鳥報名網址:(https://forms.gle/2U4FpG2qXHTXBuzX8)。 |
| (二) | 教案及文件繳交:115年7月1日至9月30日止。 |
| (三) | 繳件方式：請將報名相關資料上傳至教案繳交網址:(https://forms.gle/z7ZU4Qx6KZ5dcbkz8）。 |
| 六、 | 獎勵辦法: |
| (一) | 獲選教案每案獎金新臺幣20,000元，並另行核發獎狀。 |
| (二) | 完成教學實踐並檢附一頁活動實行成果表格者，即撥付新臺幣5,000元獎勵金，教學實踐方式與規範詳見競賽辦法。 |
