| 一、 | 依據國立清華大學115年6月16日清語研所字第1159004673號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 報名期限：115年6月29日（星期一）上午9時至7月10日（星期五）下午5時（線上報名系統逾期恕不受理；審查資料寄送以郵戳為憑）。 |
| 三、 | 報名方式：先行線上報名，並一律以掛號寄送報名表件。 |

| (二) | 審查資料郵寄地址：300 新竹市東區光復路二段101號（國立清華大學臺灣語言研究與教學研究所）。 |
| 四、 | 招生對象（錄取順序）： |
| (一) | 高級中等以下學校編制內按月支領待遇，具備合格教師證書之在職專任正式教師。 |
| (二) | 持有高級中等以下學校合格教師證書，且檢具114學年度第二學期聘期達三個月以上之學校在職證明書之代理、代課或兼任教師。 |
| 五、 | 符合報名資格人數超過時，錄取之參酌順序依序為： |
| (一) | 語言認證通過級別。 |
| (二) | 審查資料掛號寄出之郵戳日期。 |
| (三) | 線上報名系統填寫順序。 |
| 六、 | 本階段招生人數：泰雅族語8人。 |
| 七、 | 上課時間：詳參簡章。 |
| 八、 | 上課地點：國立清華大學南大校區（新竹市南大路521號）。 |
| 九、 | 收費標準：無須繳學分費，惟若課程安排部落田調、學校觀課議課等異地學習，相關費用（如交通費、餐費、保險費、住宿費等）由學員自行負擔。 |
