| 一、 | 依國立政治大學（下稱政大）115年6月11日政公字第1154000042號函辦理，並檢附原函（含附件）影本1份。 |
| 二、 | 政大為增進桃園地區公部門、企業主管、在地工作者之法學知能與實務應用，與本府合辦旨揭學士學分專班，藉由分析探討社會議題，安排深入淺出之課程內容，俾便學員有效學習相關法學知能以提升工作職能，課程資訊如下： |
| (一) | 時間：115年7月4日、7月25日、8月15日、8月22日、9月5日、9月19日共計6日，均為星期六；每日上午9時至12時、下午1時30分至4時30分。 |
| (二) | 地點：本市立圖書館總館7樓711會議室（桃園市桃園區南平路303號）。 |
| (三) | 內容：行政程序法、個人資料保護法、刑法、勞動法、民法及政府採購法，每主題規劃6小時（由政大法學院專任師資群授課，實體面授，案例討論）。 |
