| 主旨： | 檢送國立臺灣師範大學（以下簡稱臺師大）辦理「華人資訊語文競技與創意設計大賞─2026第七屆桃園市專業英文詞彙與聽寫能力大賽（桃園市菁英盃）」活動訊息一案，請貴校協助轉知並鼓勵師生踴躍參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據臺師大114年2月11日師大工教字第1151003971號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 基於行政院雙語教育政策及教育部「十二年國民基本教育課程綱要總綱」（第22頁） 對技術型高中相關規範，「校訂科目宜酌予規劃各群科專業英語文之開設」以建立特色課程或跨領域合作教學等需求。 |
| 三、 | 依據教育部105年11月9日台教技（四）字第1050157461號函指出，各技專校院「應以強化學生專業英語能力為首要目標，以協助學生提升就業競爭力」，並配合教育部高教深耕計畫與推動產業需求之專業英語文課程改革政策，落實各校院教師專業英語文創新教學能力。 |
| 四、 | 本大賽宗旨為強化師生一般英文（EGP, English for General Purposes）與專業英語文（ESP, English for Specific Purposes）知能，以培育優秀專業人才，並採取「以賽促學」、「以賽促用」及「以賽交流」之方式，協助各校發展具特色專業英語文校本課程，並進行雙師（英文教師與專業教師）在專業英語文之跨領域合作教學及教師專業發展。 |
| 五、 | 旨揭計畫摘述如下： |
| (一) | 競賽時間：115年5月30日（星期六）或115年5月31日（星期日）。 |
| (二) | 競賽地點：桃園市立永豐高中及桃園市新興高中。 |
| (三) | 參賽對象： |
| １、 | 國小組。 |
| ２、 | 國中組。 |
| ３、 | 高中一般生組。 |
| ４、 | 高職一般生組。 |
| ５、 | 高職外語類科生組。 |
| ６、 | 大學（專）一般生組。 |
| ７、 | 大學（專）外語類系生組。 |
| ８、 | 教師組（大學（專）、高中職及國中小教師、代理代課教師或實習教師或負責推動本賽事之教職員。）。 |
| ９、 | 校園主管組（校長、副校長、候用校長或本局行政人員）。 |
| 六、 | 競賽內容： |
| (一) | 專業英文詞彙能力項目。 |
| (二) | 專業/實用英文聽（寫）能力項目。 |
| (三) | 一般英文單字能力項目。 |
| (四) | 英語文文法聽寫能力項目。 |
| (五) | 專業英文口說測驗（Speaking Tests）項目—含讀聽說寫。 |
| 七、 | 報名方式：請於115年5月8日（星期五）下午17時前，以校（或科系）為單位，於活動網站（https://sites.google.com/view/tyccompetition/）下載「桃園市2026年專業英文聽寫能力與詞彙能力大賽申請表」與「桃園市2026年專業英文聽寫能力與詞彙能力大賽參賽學生名單」，文件填寫後請回傳至大賽信箱（Email：gladworld.asia@gmail.com），信件主旨請註明為「報名桃園市2026年專業英文聽寫能力與詞彙能力大賽-學校（科系）名稱」，若有任何疑問，請逕洽02-23927412或 0965-125798 工作人員。 |
| 八、 | 教師增能研習報名:為提升教師雙語教學能力暨瞭解本年度相關大賽重點項目與內容說明，特辦理教師增能與大賽說明研習會3場，每場研習預計2小時，採取數位線上研習(Google Meet)為主(實體研習視情況增加)，請於各研習會當天早上10時前完成報名。辦理時間：115年3月3日、3月9日以及3月11日下午1時30分至3時30分(研習報名網址: https://forms.gle/hfEtPTecFE4og97K6)。 |
