| 一、 | 依據國立臺灣師範大學114年12月29日師大工教字第1141037319號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 配合2030行政院雙語政策，教育部推動十二年國民基本教育課程新課綱、及優質化雙語與國際教育計畫，強化師生英文口說知能及參與國際化大賽經驗分享，並提升師生參加國際展演競技之學科或專業英語文素質。 |
| 三、 | 常春藤國際之聲歌唱大賽（International Voice，又稱國際好聲音）是由美國常春藤大學聯盟國際組委會所組織活動（Ivy Events）之一，自2021年起推出的全球歌唱活動，旨在為青少年打造高水準的國際化舞台。此活動自2026年起在臺灣推動，讓更多年輕學子一展歌藝。 |
| 四、 | 國立臺灣師範大學工業教育學系透過美國GLAD （Global Learning and Assessment Development）全球學習與測評發展中心，與美國常春藤大學聯盟國際組委會合作引入國際之聲歌唱大賽Ivy Event等活動，並邀集新北市政府教育局、與各縣市教育局共同參與推動，經由以賽促學、以賽促進國際交流，符應新課綱外語能力與多元文化素養及豐富學生學習歷程資料等多項需求，培養學生英語文與藝文素養學習興趣。 |
| 五、 | 賽制流程：分為全球海選試唱（Global Preliminary Audition）、區域半決選試鏡（Regional Semi-Audition），以及亞太地區公演總決選（Asia-Pacific Final Audition LIVE）三個階段。2026年全球海選試唱報名及作品提交截止為【冬季賽】2026年1月9日（星期五）截止與【春季賽】2026年4月17日（星期五）截止。 |
| 六、 | 為協助有興趣參與本活動之各校師生了解參加方式與活動內容，特辦理教師指導學生參與國際之聲競技增能研習工作坊（線上研習），額滿為止： |
| (一) | 第一場次 2026年1月2日（星期五） 上午10時至11時30分 （課程代碼 : 5415957）。 |
| (二) | 第二場次 2026年1月7日（星期三）下午14時至15時30分（課程代碼: 5415953）。 |
