| (一) | 花蓮場： |
| １、 | 承辦單位：國立羅東高級工業職業學校（高級中等以下學校國際教育交流聯盟第十區辦事處）。 |
| ２、 | 協辦單位：國立花蓮高級商業職業學校。 |
| ３、 | 地點：國立花蓮高商行政大樓3樓會議室（地址：花蓮縣花蓮市中山路418號）。 |
| ４、 | 時間：115年1月19日（星期一）下午2時30分至4時（請於下午2時開始報到入場）。 |
| ５、 | 校內車位有限，建議多加利用大眾交通工具，學校距火車站步行約10分鐘。 |
| (二) | 臺中場： |
| １、 | 地點：台中金典酒店13樓梅花廳（地址：臺中市西區健行路1049號） |
| ２、 | 時間：115年1月20日（星期二）下午2時15分至3時30分（請於下午1時30分開始報到入場）；台中金典酒店停車場可供停車。 |
| ３、 | 日本千葉縣知事熊谷俊人先生將出席此場次說明會。 |
| (三) | 苗栗場： |
| １、 | 承辦單位：國立竹南高級中學（高級中等以下學校國際教育交流聯盟第七區辦事處）。 |
| ２、 | 地點：國立竹南高中資源館1樓視聽教室（地址：苗栗縣竹南鎮中正路98號）。 |
| ３、 | 時間：115年1月21日（星期三）上午10時30分至12時（請於上午10時開始報到入場）。 |
| ４、 | 校內可提供停車，若停車位已滿可停至竹南國中地下停車場（地址：苗栗縣竹南鎮延平路25號）。 |
| ５、 | 北部場： |
| (１) | 承辦單位：新北市立板橋高級中學（高級中等以下學校國際教育交流聯盟第二區辦事處）。 |
| (２) | 地點：板橋高中行政大樓2樓會議室（地址：新北市板橋區文化路一段25號）。 |
| (３) | 時間：115年1月21日（星期三）下午3時至4時30分（請於下午2時30分開始報到入場）。 |
| (４) | 學校不開放停車，建議搭乘大眾運輸工具。 |
