| 主旨： | 檢送「114年度客語能力基礎級暨初級全國認證」宣傳海報及DM，請協助宣傳及張貼並鼓勵踴躍報名，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 旨揭報名日期為114年4月7日至6月9日，第一梯次認證日期為9月6日(星期六)，第二梯次認證日期為9月14日(星期日)；報名方式請搜尋「114年度客語能力基礎級暨初級認證」（https://hakkaexam.hakka.gov.tw/hakka/index.php）。 |
| 二、 | 本局訂定客語認證相關獎勵措施，獎勵措施項目如下： |
| (一) | 桃園市政府114年度補助團體報考客語能力認證實施計畫： |
| １、 | 10人以上組隊報考，補助報名費、餐費及雜支。 |
| ２、 | 15人以上組隊報考，補助報名費、餐費、車資、工作費、保險費及雜支。 |
| ３、 | 申請日期至114年6月24日(星期二)截止，以郵戳為憑。 |
| (二) | 桃園市政府114年度獎勵參加客語能力認證績優團體實施計畫： |
| １、 | 每組人數至少10人(含)以上，考試地點以桃園考場為限。 |
| ２、 | 團體報名有「到考率」及「合格率」兩種獎勵機制，最高可獲得1萬元禮券及桃園客庄一日遊尊榮行程。 |
| ３、 | 申請日期至114年12月2日(星期二)截止，以郵戳為憑。 |
| (三) | 鼓勵民眾參加客語能力認證補助作業要點： |
| １、 | 設籍桃園市民眾(不含高中以下學生)報考初級認證合格者，可申請新臺幣(以下同)1,000元獎勵金。 |
| ２、 | 寄發合格證書日起30日內，向戶籍所在地區公所申請。 |
| (四) | 本府所屬機關學校及事業機構員工提升客語能力作業要點： |
| １、 | 本府員工參加客語能力初級認證得申請給予公假或補休，通過者可申請1,000元禮券及敘獎。 |
| ２、 | 寄發合格證書日起2個月內，向各機關學校、事業機構提出申請，並由各機關學校、事業機構逕依權責辦理之。 |
| (五) | 桃園市政府114年度開設客家研習課程實施計畫： |
| １、 | 研習類別：推廣類及研習類。 |
| ２、 | 研習對象及人數： |
| (１) | 原則為成人，由各申請單位自行招募至少15人。 |
| (２) | 有下列情形者，得調整為每班至少10人： |
| 甲、 | 依客家委員會最新全國客家人口暨語言使用調查研究結果，客家人口比率未達百分之五十之行政區。 |
| 乙、 | 教授之腔調為大埔腔、饒平腔或詔安腔。 |
| ３、 | 申請單位提出研習需求，由本局安排講師至指定地點授課。 |
| (六) | 以上相關獎勵金(市民合格獎勵金及員工合格禮券)不得重複申請。 |
