| 一、 | 依據國教署113年5月20日臺教國署國字第1135501639號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為增進全國國中小學生英語口說能力，國教署建置「Cool English英語線上學習平臺」─「口說」專區，提供會話問答、基礎發音練習、短語練習等題型，協助學生以輕鬆有趣的方式開口說英語，建立優良的英語會話基礎。 |
| 三、 | 本次比賽題目國小組係出自上開專區之「『聲』歷其境」、「英式武功短語先鋒」、「常用300句」單元；國中組係出自上述專區之「『聲』歷其境」、「美式會話輕鬆說」、「英語對話速成班」單元，為鼓勵全國國中小學生持續使用上開平臺之口說素材加強英語口說學習，爰辦理「Cool Eng lish口說高手」比賽。 |
| 四、 | 參加對象為113學年度第一學期（113年9月1日）公布學籍之全國公私立國小三至六年級學生（國小組）及國中七至九年級學生（國中組）。 |
| 五、 | 報名/作答期間自113年6月17日（星期一）至113年7月31日（星期三）止，比賽採先報名後作答制，請參賽者務必確實填寫報名表，完成報名作業後方能進入作答區作答。 |
