| 主旨： | 為遴選行政院及衛生福利部兒童及少年福利與權益事務相關小組兒少代表(以下簡稱中央兒少代表)，自即日起至115年8月14日前受理報名一案， 詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府社會局115年7月21日桃社兒字第1150056317號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本次中央兒少代表任期為1年，資格說明如下： |
| (一) | 需設籍、實際居住就學於本市。 |
| (二) | 於116年12月31日前未滿18歲者（民國99年1月1日含以後出生）。 |
| (三) | 為促進性別平等、保障多元族群及特殊處境兒少參與公共事務權利，參與遴選兒少具身心障礙、原住民、新住民、國中(含)以下、不分處境等身分尤佳： |
| 三、 | 本市報名方式及截止日： |
| (一) | 掃描活動海報內 QR code 遴選報名資訊。 |
| (二) | 報名截止為115年8月14日（五）中午12時前（電郵為憑）。 |
| 四、 | 本市推選流程為由有意願之兒少填妥資料於報名截止時間內電郵寄送，後續由本府進行推選，錄取之兒少將以電郵方式通知。 |
| 五、 | 為使兒少了解行政院及衛生福利部兒童及少年福利與權益事務相關小組兒少代表制度，本府社會局將委託臺灣桃湛公民培力協會於115年7月29日(星期三)下午2時至5時舉辦線上說明會，歡迎符合資格之兒少踴躍參與，表單連結詳如活動海報。 |
