| 主旨： | 關「大同國小辦理 115年度暑假學生多元資優潛能營」，敬邀貴校學生踴躍報名參加，請 查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本市115年度暑期學生多元資優潛能營計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 藉由科學實驗，讓學生了解生活中的科學應用，讓學生發揮創意，依據科學原理進行實驗。提供多元學習環境，發掘學生潛能。 |
| 三、 | 營隊相關資訊如下： |
| (一)名稱：生活科學探索：聲x光x水。 |
| (二)日期：115年7月1日(三)~7月2日(四) |
| (三)時間：8:30-15:40，共計2日。 |
| (三)地點：大同國小綜合教室。 |
| (四)對象：對此活動有興趣之本市115學年度國小三、四年級學生，共20人。 |
| 四、 | 報名方式及錄取原則： |
| (一)報名方式：於115/6/15(一)9:00至115/6/22(一)16:00前填寫google表單進行線上報名。報名網址： https://forms.gle/64YLibyN5PANKpjB6 |
| (二)錄取原則： |
| 1.依「身心障礙及資賦優異學生鑑定辦法」及「特殊教育學生及幼兒鑑定辦法」，經桃園市特殊教育學生鑑定及就學輔導會綜合研判之資賦優異學生。 |
| 2.經專家學者、指導教師或家長觀察推薦，並檢附學習特質與表現卓越或傑出等之具體資料(即報名表單中之推薦函)。 |
| 3.錄取名單將於115/6/23(二)15:00公告於大同國小網頁，敬請留意錄取後注意事項。 |
