| 一、 | 依據本府海岸及資源循環工程處115年4月27日桃海資字第11500056623號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為配合行政院宣布全面禁止使用廚餘餵飼豬隻，自115年1月1日至12月31日止實施第一階段政策，規定家戶、公寓大廈及餐食攤販產出之廚餘禁止進入養豬場養豬，可使用的廚餘則僅限事業廚餘、動物性廢渣及屠宰下腳料。 |
| 三、 | 為達成前揭防疫目標並落實資源循環，爰請協助配合執行下列宣導事項： |
| (一) | 明確宣導家戶及餐食攤販產出之廚餘禁止進入養豬場供豬隻食用；僅限來源單純之事業廚餘或集中供膳剩食（指統一製作及配送餐食，包括自設廚房僱工烹製、委託民間業者經營供應或以外訂盒餐或團膳方式提供人員餐食之情形）得進入養豬場。 |
| (二) | 持續推廣「廚餘全回收」政策，宣導不再區分生、熟廚餘，統一分為「可回收」（剩飯菜、葉菜殘渣等）與「不可回收」（大骨、硬殼、玉米芯等難分解物），並落實惜食減量之環境教育，以提升資源回收效率並確保防疫體系完整。 |
