| 主旨： | 轉知財團法人公共電視文化事業基金會有關「台灣國際兒童影展公播服務」實施辦法及新增片單資訊，歡迎免費申請使用一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據財團法人公共電視文化事業基金會115年3月10日(115)公視基字第1150000482號辦理。 |
| 二、 | 「台灣國際兒童影展公播服務」（以下稱本公播服務）自2024年9月推出開放免費申請，截至2026年2月累計觀影人次已超過3萬、達800場播映活動申請，獲得全台眾多學校及教育機構正面迴響。 |
| 三、 | 本公播服務延伸自公共電視主辦之「台灣國際兒童影展 (TICFF)」，為創辦於2004年亞洲首個專為12歲以下兒童設立的雙年影展，歷經逾20年耕耘，積極與國際交流，成功引進眾多優秀作品，深受國內外親子家庭及師生群體的肯定與喜愛。為了突破實體影展的時空限制，特別推出本公播服務，讓位於全台各地的孩子們有機會接觸來自不同國家的優質影視內容。 |
| 四、 | 本公播服務由教育部「2025－2026台灣國際兒童影展暨公播服務及偏遠小學校園巡迴計畫」補助，影展團隊特別呼應全台校園師生的教育現場需求，挑選更多適合兒童觀賞的長片及短片作品。公播影片新增片單於114學年度下學期初正式推出，完整片單及相關資訊請參閱附件 1：台灣國際兒童影展公播服務辦法及片單簡介 (2026年3月)。 |
| 五、 | 本公播服務無申請資格限制，操作簡便。播映活動須為教育或非營利性質，每場參與人數需達15人以上，並請將「公共電視」及「台灣國際兒童影展」列為合辦單位。如有特殊需求，請與影展團隊聯繫。 |
| 六、 | 台灣國際兒童影展保留核准與調整活動實施辦法的權利。播映活動需於2024年9月至2028年8月底之間擇期舉辦。申請流程及執行細節請參考附件2：台灣國際兒童影展公播服務實施辦法 (2026年3月)。 |
