| 主旨： | 檢送本市特殊教育資源中心(東門國小)辦理114學年度國小統整性資優教育課程活動實施計畫1份，請轉知貴校親師生踴躍報名參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本市桃園區東門國民小學114年10月28日東門小特字第1140009751號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動訊息摘錄如下(詳如實施計畫)： |
| (一) | 參加對象：通過資賦優異鑑定(含一般智能、創造能力、提早入學及其他)且當年度就讀於本市國小學生皆可報名參加，並優先錄取安置型態為資優方案之學生。 |
| (二) | 活動期程：自115年1月26日(星期一)上午9時起至115年7月3日(星期五)下午4時10分止，共辦理9場次(各場次辦理內容與時程詳如計畫)。 |
| (三) | 報名與錄取辦法： |
| １、 | 活動地點：本市桃園區東門國民小學及桃園市立建國國民中學自造中心。 |
| ２、 | 活動訊息：活動報名將公告於本市特殊教育資源網國小資優組網站(https://elementary-gifted.special.tyc.edu.tw/)，請貴校轉發訊息供資優家長周知。 |
| ３、 | 報名方式：各項活動以Google表單填報資料，家長與教師皆可協助學生報名活動。 |
| ４、 | 報名時間： |
| (１) | 寒假場次：115年1月4日(星期日)中午12時開始。 |
| (２) | 暑假場次：115年6月7日(星期日)中午12時開始。 |
| ５、 | 錄取方式：依報名時間錄取並以電子信箱通知。 |
| ６、 | 錄取名額：本活動單一場次錄取學生數請詳參計畫內各項課程備註欄(部分場次因課程材料與教學方式限額20名)，如錄取者於活動一週前通知不參與活動，將依報名順序通知備取者錄取訊息，如錄取者於活動一週內通知不參與活動，將不另外遞補錄取名額，並得視報名情形進行調整。 |
