| 主旨： | 有關本局委請本市身心障礙學生鑑定中心(本市桃園區東門國民小學)辦理114學年度特殊教育專業知能「學前兒童語言障礙評估工具研習」一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本市桃園區東門國民學校114年11月14日東門學前特字第1140010289號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭研習訊息如下： |
| (一) | 辦理日期：115年1月26日(星期一)及1月27日(星期二)，共計2天。 |
| (二) | 辦理地點：桃園市桃園區東門國民小學忠孝樓二樓(地址:桃園市桃園區東國街14號)。 |
| (三) | 參加對象(錄取順位如下)： |
| １、 | 尚未參加過本研習之幼兒鑑定評估人員(應參加對象)。 |
| ２、 | 學生鑑定評估人員(國小)，設有學前特教班學校優先。 |
| ３、 | 具本市鑑定評估人員資格之教保服務人員。 |
| (四) | 報名方式：請至「全國特殊教育資訊網」https://special.moe.gov.tw/報名，全程參加者核予12小時教保研習時數，不單堂課核予時數，並得採計為教保服務人員每年應參加教保專業知能研習時數內。 |
| (五) | 報名經審核通過，欲請假者請檢附請假單(如附件)並採電子郵件方式寄與本市身心障礙學生鑑定中心指定信箱(pse2021@tmps.tyc.edu.tw)。 |
| 三、 | 本案請各校(園)本權責核予參加人員公(差)假登記，倘課程適逢例假日，得於活動結束後2年內覈實補休。 |
