| 主旨： | 有關本市114學年度學生音樂比賽報名日期為114年9月2日( 星期二)至9月9日(星期二)，請務必於期限內完成報名事宜，請查照。 |
| 說明： | 如有需要報名，請於09/02之前向本校訓育組張老師聯繫30 |
| 一、 | 依據本局114年8月7日桃教終字第1140074584號函及本市114學年度學生音樂比賽實施要點辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本案比賽相關事項說明如下： |
| (一) | 比賽地點： |
| １、 | 個人賽、小型團體賽(直笛合奏、口琴合奏、口琴四重奏、銅管五重奏、木管五重奏、鋼琴三重奏、鋼琴五重奏、弦樂四重奏、弦樂合奏及合唱等)：桃園市客家文化館演藝廳。 |
| ２、 | 大型團體賽(打擊樂合奏、管樂合奏、管弦樂合奏、兒童樂隊、國樂合奏及絲竹室內樂)：桃園市私立六和高級中等學校。 |
| ３、 | 行進管樂：桃園市仁和國民中學。 |
| (二) | 比賽日期(依實際報名隊數調整比賽日期)： |
| １、 | 個人賽、部分團賽(直笛合奏、口琴合奏、口琴四重奏 、銅管五重奏、木管五重奏、鋼琴三重奏、鋼琴五重奏 、弦樂四重奏、弦樂合奏及合唱等)：114年10月14日（星期二）至11月21日（星期五）。 |
| ２、 | 團體賽(打擊樂合奏、管樂合奏、行進管樂、管弦樂合奏、兒童樂隊、國樂合奏及絲竹室內樂合奏) ：114年12月2日（星期二）至12月12日（星期五）。 |
| (三) | 報名日期：114年9月2日（星期二）起至114年9月9日（ 星期二）止(郵戳為憑，逾期概不受理)。 |
| (四) | 報名方式：一律網路報名(http://163.30.153.4/Index/index.asp)並將報名表紙本列印核章後，以限時掛號郵寄至桃園市平鎮區新勢國小輔導室（地址：324桃園市平鎮區延平路一段181號），始完成報名作業，每份報名表僅提供單項參賽項目報名。 |
| 三、 | 本案如有相關問題，請逕洽本局承辦人或新勢國小林主任（03-4937563分機610、660）或至桃園市學生音樂比賽資訊網（http://163.30.153.4/music/main/index.asp）查詢。 |
| 四、 | 本案事涉學生重要權益，旨揭實施要點請貴校務必確實轉知所屬學生及家長，並公告於學校網站之最新消息。 |
